Maintenance Engineer
Location: Enstone, Oxfordshire
Salary: Competitive - Dependant on Experience
Hours: Full Time
Contract: Permanent
Experience required:
- HNC (or equivalent) in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
- Able to work with planned maintenance systems, preferably within the food industry.
- Good H&S knowledge in legislation and application (IOSH qualification would be desirable but not essential).
- A logical and structured thinker, with a strong ability to solve problems.
- Exposure to high volume manufacturing – CI or lean methodologies.
- Great communication skills so you can honestly and openly talk with any member of our team, to get across technical information in a way they understand.

Production Operative
Location: Enstone, Oxfordshire
Salary: £33,000
Hours: Full Time
Contract: Permanent
Experience required:
- Excellent team player who has ideally already done a number of duties in a food, agriculture or production environment.
- Experience within feed milling operations and an understanding of process control systems is preferred but not essential.
- Basic IT skills are required.
- Previous forklift experience preferred but not essential.

Production Team Leader
Location: Enstone, Oxfordshire

Experience required:
- Relevant experience within a similar environment.
- Experience of working in a Line Leader role within a food production environment previously.
- Have knowledge of the food production cycle, excellent computer skills, and strict compliance with health and safety/ food hygiene regulations.

Engineering Manager
Location: Enstone, Oxfordshire

Experience required:
- HNC (or equivalent) in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, preferably with an electrical bias.
- Suitable and relevant engineering experience, preferably in a leadership role.
- Experience in planned maintenance systems, preferably within the food industry.
- Good H&S knowledge in legislation and application (IOSH qualification desirable).
- A logical and structured thinker, with a strong ability to solve problems.
- Exposure to high volume manufacturing – CI or Lean methodologies.
- Strong communication skills

HGV Driver - Class 1 Licence holder
Location: Enstone, Oxfordshire
Salary: Competitive- Dependant on Experience
Hours: Full Time
Contract: Permanent
Experience required:
- HGV Class 1 and Driver CPC
- Experience in agri-based deliveries and in using blowing equipment
- Basic IT skills
- Organisation/prioritisation skills
- Food manufacturing experience is desirable
- Excellent knowledge of the working time directive
- A thorough understanding of quality standards would be desirable
- Extensive knowledge of EU drivers’ hours and WTD regulations which must be adhered to at all times.
