Environmental officers are investigating the fly tipping of a cannabis factory outside a village hall.

Officers from Vale of White Horse District Council are looking into the incident, which saw the remnants of a cannabis factory left in the car park of Harwell Village Hall.

Images shared by the council’s Evirocrime team on Facebook shows empty heater boxes, an empty 16 inch fan box, pipe cleaners and empty bottles of Dutch Pro - Original Bloom soil nutrients.

There is currently no minimum fine set out in law for fly tipping, there are also a number of other possible penalties including fixed penalty notices and having a vehicle seized.
