A gas leak on a residential road in Oxfordshire caused traffic jams this morning.
The gas leak happened in the early hours of this morning as Thursday’s rush hour was gearing up.
The A415 Ock Street in Abingdon was closed in both directions due to the leak, with traffic being shut off between Victoria Road and Stratton Way.
The incident was dealt by gas engineers.
The road has now been cleared and traffic has returned to normal levels.
