PADDINGTON Bear will be visiting Didcot Railway Centre this month.
Families are invited to enjoy a free marmalade sandwich with the famous bear as well as tour the newly restored small locomotive, King George, on Saturday, July 23.
There will also be unlimited steam train rides which will allow guests to “travel back in time to the golden age of the Great Western Railway” with trains dating back to the Sixties.

The 21-acre living museum, which has a “colourful” centre guide, will be open for families to explore with opportunities to see the original 1932 Engine Shed and see some of the surviving track from Brunel’s Broad Gauge.
Guests can also get hands-on in The Signalling Centre and find out how trains have been controlled throughout the ages.
