A sandpit built for the Queen's Platinum Jubilee celebrations will be open throughout the summer for families to enjoy.

The sandpit in the garden of Didcot Civic Hall was opened on a temporary basis to celebrate 70 years of the Queen’s reign.

The town council plans to eventually move it to Ladygrove park, where it will become a permanent fixture.
