OXFORD City round off pre-season by welcoming Gloucester City to Court Place Farm.

The Hoops lost 4-2 to Oxford United and drew 0-0 with Wycombe Wanderers, both of Sky Bet League One, before a 4-0 win against Stratford Town and 1-1 draw with Brackley Town.

Head coach Ross Jenkins said after the Brackley draw: “It’s important that we keep our standards.

“They’ve [the new players] have earned their place in our camp by doing good things so it’s important they keep their standards high as well and we’ll demand that from the boys who have stayed too.

“We have to set new targets and new standards now, and this is the perfect opportunity to do that.”

Banbury United travel to FC United of Manchester, while North Leigh are on the road at Cirencester Town.

Kidlington welcome Chipping Sodbury Town, Didcot Town host Ardley United, and Thame United visit Colney Heath.
