A MAN has been ordered to pay more than £400 after racially abusing two people within the space of a week.

Sean MacGregor, 46, of Sandhill, Shrivenham, admitted using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour, causing harassment, alarm or distress, on two separate occasions.

The first took place in Swindon on January 20, with the second incident a week later on January 27 also occurring in Swindon.

The case was heard at Swindon Magistrates’ Court on July 28, with the court finding that on both occasions, the offence was ‘racially and religiously aggravated’.
