LEWIS BOWSHER, 40, of Windle Gardens, Bicester, admitted drug driving a Ford Focus on the A41 Oxford Road, Bicester, on January 30. He was over the limit for cannabis and benzoylecgonine. He was fined £553, banned from the roads for a year and ordered to pay £140 in costs and surcharge.

ALEX GATTER, 21, of Up Hatherley, near Cheltenham, pleaded guilty to assaulting a man by beating him in Oxford on February 5. He was ordered to pay £220 in fines and compensation and must pay £119 in costs and surcharge.

SCOTT LETHBRIDGE, 46, of Pudsey Close, Abingdon, admitted drug driving a Vauxhall Corsa on the B430 in Middleton Stoney in December. He was found to be over the limit for cannabis. The magistrates fined him £80, disqualified him from driving for a year and ordered he pay £119 in costs and surcharge.

NIAMH PERROTT-FROST, 32, of Jack Argent Close, Oxford, pleaded guilty to driving a Ford Focus on Blacksmiths Meadow on December 14 while over the limit for cannabis. The justices imposed an £80 fine, 12 month roads ban and £119 in costs and surcharge.

FINLEY TUCKER, 21, of Grays Road, Headington, admitted drink driving a Ford Focus in The Slade on May 7. Tests showed he had 57mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. He was fined £138 and banned from driving for 16 months. The magistrates ordered he pay £85 in costs and a £34 victim surcharge.

MARCUS DOWELL, 47, of Brookside Estate, Chalgrove, pleaded guilty to drug driving a VW Golf in London Road, Headington, last December. He was over the limit for cannabis. The magistrates banned him from driving for a year, fined him £200 and ordered he pay £119 in costs and surcharge.

TOMAS MCLAUGHLIN, 30, of Tewkesbury Road, Birmingham, admitted damaging the wing mirror of a parked police car in Banbury’s High Street. He was fined £100, ordered to pay £177 in compensation and must pay £119 in costs and surcharge.

RODRIGO FONTANA, 52, of Woodruff Close, Oxford, admitted driving a Ford Focus outside his home while twice the drink drive limit, without a licence or insurance. He was fined £369, banned from driving for 40 months and must pay £121 in costs and surcharge.

MOHAMMED NAJADI, 34, of Magdalen Road, Oxford, pleaded guilty to stealing an iPhone 6. He was ordered to pay £250 in compensation to the phone’s owner and complete a drug rehabilitation requirement.

WAYNE MOSCROP, 32, of Bramble Lane, Carterton, admitted damaging the panels of a Nissan Micra and interior walls of a house in Carterton last summer. He was ordered to do 80 hours of unpaid work and complete up to 25 rehabilitation activity requirement days. The magistrates ordered he pay £500 in compensation and £85 in costs.

WILLIAM PARK, 25, of Morrell Close, Kidlington, admitted driving an Audi A4 on the A41 in Bicester without a valid licence, insurance and with a fraudulent registration plate. He was found guilty of refusing to provide a blood specimen and also admitted being in possession of seven wraps of cocaine. The Audi driver had been stopped on November 21. The magistrates banned him from driving for 16 months, ordered he complete 120 hours of unpaid work and imposed a £95 victim surcharge.

PHILLIP TAYLOR, 42, of Marlborough Crescent, Long Hanborough, admitted driving a Mercedes C class in Corn Street, Witney, without due care and attention on Christmas Eve last year. He was fined £615, given six penalty points on his licence and must pay £147 in costs and surcharge.
