Police have launched an appeal after a man punched a car’s wing mirror and tried to attack its passengers.
The force has released a CCTV image of a man officers would like to speak to as they believe he may have vital information regarding the incident.
It occurred at 5.25pm on Monday 1 August in Cumberland Road, Reading, when the victims have been sitting in their vehicle.
The offender has punched the car wing mirror off and when the two victims exited the vehicle, the offender attempted to punch them both.
Investigating officer, PC Megan Rowlands, based at Reading police station, said: “We would like to appeal to anybody who recognises the man in this image to please get in touch.
