THAMES Valley Police has confirmed officers found the body of a dead man this morning.
A spokesperson for the force told this newspaper that at about 6.30am this morning, officers were called to Chaunterell Way, Abingdon, to reports of a man lying on the floor.
The spokesperson said: “Officers attended the scene and the man was confirmed to be deceased.
“The man’s next of kin have been informed and are being offered support and our thoughts are with them at this difficult time.
“At this time, we believe there to be no suspicious circumstances in connection with the death and a file will be prepared for the coroner.”
