An Oxfordshire pub dating back to the 14th century has opened a new shop selling a range of alcohol and various cuts of meat.

The White Hart hotel and pub in Nettlebed, which has 18 rooms, announced the opening of its shop earlier this week.

A statement said: “The White Hart shop is officially open. Come and have a look.

“We have various cuts of meat. TBones, Rump, Ribeye, Cote de Bouf, Tomahawk, deboned leg of lamb, turkey breast, sausages, bacon, black pudding, smoked gammon, hand-cut ham, mince and many more.

“We also do orders for collection. Ask in store for more details.”

The shop is open from 7am to 11pm on Monday to Friday and 8am to 11pm on Saturday and Sundays.
