A man has been charged on suspicion of drugs offences in an Oxfordshire village near Abingdon.

The 21-year-old from Wembley, London, Sid Ali Boussahoua, was charged with two counts of being concerned in the supply of controlled class A drugs and one count of possession of nitrous oxide for wrongful inhalation.

The charges relate to an incident in Drayton on Monday, November 20.

Boussahoua has been remanded in custody to appear at Oxford Crown Court on Friday, December 22.

Thames Valley Police released a statement on this on Wednesday morning.

Class A drugs include cocaine, ecstasy, heroin, magic mushrooms and LSD.

Nitrous oxide, otherwise known as laughing gas, is a Class C drug.
