Wallingford charity Style Acre has thanked East Hagbourne Community Shop for a monetary donation this year.
Every year the community shop, which is run by volunteers, donates their surplus profits to local organisations or projects that benefit the local community.
This year, a total of £500 has been donated to Style Acre, Didcot Foodbank and the Northbourne Gateway Club, which runs sessions on a Monday evening in Didcot for people with learning disabilities.

Taking to social media to express their gratitude, Style Acre said: “Thank you to the volunteers who nominated and all the customers who voted for us. We appreciate your support.
"The money will be used at our Tea Room at Savages at Blewbury where we provide work opportunities for the people that we support.”
Style Acre supports over 250 people locally with learning disabilities and autism and has been rated “outstanding” by the Care Quality Commission.
