Basingstoke man, 32, fined for sending grossly offensive message
A BASINGSTOKE man has been fined for sending grossly offensive message to another person.
Reece Webber, 32, of Bourdillon Garden, sent an indecent message for the purpose of causing distress or anxiety to the recipient on December 3.

During a hearing at Basingstoke Magistrates' Court on Tuesday, April 23, he pleaded guilty to the offence.
Magistrates ordered him to pay a fine of £180. He must also pay £85 court costs and a £72 victim surcharge.
