A Wantage-based company that helps start-ups and scale-ups break into new markets is celebrating 15 years in business.
International growth agency Bridgehead International Agency Ltd supports firm to break into markets in the UK, Europe, North America and Australasia.
Founder and CEO, Paul McIntosh, gained experience in roles at blue chip companies including Cisco, Lego, and the BBC, before he established The Mustard Concept in 2009, which later became Bridgehead in 2019.

What started as a journey with a desk, phone, and laptop, led to Bridgehead signing its first client within 90 days.
Since then, the company has helped more than 80 start-ups and scale-ups gain entry into various markets.
Mr McIntosh said: "We have ambitious plans to expand our footprint with additional offices in the US and a further four across Europe and Australia.
"Additionally, we are gearing up to launch a revolutionary SaaS/AI platform.
"This cutting-edge tool will streamline the market entry process, enabling start-ups and scale-ups to swiftly validate their concepts."
The company said it is "incredibly proud of this milestone and would like to acknowledge everyone who has been a part of their journey so far".
