"Located in the charming railway town of Didcot, just 10 miles south of Oxford, our range of two, three, four and five-bedroom homes are perfect for first-time buyers, growing families and commuters.

“If you are interested in finding out more, we’d recommend signing up to the event to secure your dedicated one-to-one appointment. We’re looking forward to seeing you there!”

Homes at Nobel Park will benefit from solar PV panels and EV charging and residents will have easy access to shops in Didcot, transport links with the M40 and M4 nearby, and direct trains from Didcot Parkway to London Paddington, which take about 40 minutes.

Cala and its sister brand Legal and General Homes have been granted planning consent for 455 homes across phases one, two, and four of the Nobel Park development so far.

The Nobel Park development is expected to benefit from a secondary school, a further primary school, a neighbourhood centre, a new sports pavilion, shops and a community centre.

Community facilities for new estates are rarely completed before buyers move into the homes.
