Vale of White Horse District Council wheelie bin
DRIVERS had to dodge an unlikely road block this morning - not a crash or broken-down vehicle, but a wheelie bin.
The bin was causing traffic on the A420 in Kingston Bagpuize, near the roundabout with the A415.
Queues were building at 7am but the bin had been removed by 7.45am.
