A new report states: "The manager and staff are passionate about the continual development of the nursery.
"They have a clear vision for the future and are motivated to achieve the best possible outcomes for all children.
"Children develop strong emotional bonds with their key person and all members of staff.
"Children are given lots of reassurance and cuddles to help them settle into the nursery."
The report added that staff are 'good role models', adding: "They praise and encourage children, which builds their confidence and self-esteem and helps them to develop a positive attitude to learning."
The nursery had 32 children on roll during Ofsted's visit at the end of January.
