Sir, I would like the young lady who accidentally burnt my face with her cigarette as I walked past the theatre in Wallingford to know I have a very nasty burn mark on my face and a hole in my new blouse.
Please be careful when you smoke in future and to the man who shouted at me for telling her off. It could have been my eye or even a small child.
