AN unbeaten 94 Tom Scrase gave Kingston Bagpuize 2nd a six-wicket victory in a high-scoring Cherwell League Division 8 match at home to Didcot 3rd.
Consistent batting from Jim Head (62), Tim Read (51 no) and James Bywater (40) helped Didcot to an impressive 22-7, despite the attentions of Phil Hickman (4-59).
But Kingston passed that total, scoring 223-4, as the superb Scrase received useful support from Noel O’Brien (35) and Josh Woodley (30no).

Wallingford 2nd went down by 36 runs at home to Cumnor 3rd, who made 152-9 despite fine spells from John Brannan (3-10) and Mark Cox(3-28).
In reply, Wallingford managed only 116, Stuart Edwards (38) and Neil Smith (30) leading the way against the bowling of Matt Todd (4-15).

In Division 7, Abingdon Vale 3rd were shot out for 80 away to Bletchley Town 2nd, for whom Jude Ramanandanpulle collected 5-13.
Bletchley eased home on 81-2.

There was no better luck for Abingdon Vale 4th at home to Dinton 3rd in Division 10.
Batting first, Vale mustered just 96-9, Gary Cook top-scoring with 36 as other batsmen struggled against Neil Burrows (4-27).
Dinton also found runs hard to come by but got home by three wickets thanks to Paul Rerynolds (42no) and Butrrows (28) .
