Shrivenham smashed Tytherington Rocks 9-0, thanks to a Jamie Prictor hat-trick, doubles from Lewis Petrie and Dan Drewett, plus efforts from Josh Morse and Ryan Stanners.
They will be at home to Badshot Lea, while Alton visit Abingdon United, 4-1 winners at Wallingford Town.
Lester Davies, Sam Wharton and Jack Wright were on target alongside an own goal, with Jack McLaughlin scoring for the hosts.
Clanfield will entertain Buckingham Athletic after a 3-0 win at Milton United, thanks to Jozef Fullerton’s double and Callum Miller.
Wantage stayed unbeaten at the top of the Uhlsport Hellenic League Premier Division with an eventful 2-2 draw at Virginia Water.
Steve Robertson twice equalised for the visitors, who had keeper Curtis Meare sent off.
Jake Chambers scored twice as Headington Amateurs’ first game on their Barton Park pitch saw a 3-0 home win over Highworth Town Res.
Chris Peck was also on target in the Division 2 West fixture.
