ABINGDON’S Noel Blatchford followed up her bronze medal in the World Masters 10k walk with an excellent fourth place in the 20k race just four days later.
Competing in the LV70 category, she recorded a time of 2hrs 21mins 51secs.
At the Berlin Marathon, Abingdon’s Peter Akrill ran a personal best of 2.52.58.
Clubmate Inge Dornan was 3rd LV40 at the Chiltern Wonderland 50mile ultra race.
