DIDCOT instructor Morten Clements captained the Great Britain Tang Soo Do team to gold at the World Championships in Watford.
Competing in the adults third dan competition, the 30-year-old defended his forms title and also triumphed in fighting, beating a previously undefeated opponent.
Clements, who is set to complete his master belt gradings, making him ineligible for future international competitions, was delighted to finish on a high note.
He said: “Being asked to represent and lead your country at an international tournament like this, is an immense honour and to have won gold in the manner that we did was truly spectacular.”
