Kidlington Development lost 4-1 at Easington Sports, while North Leigh United were thumped 7-0 at home by Cirencester Town Development.
Abingdon Town and Wallingford Town shared the spoils in Division 1 East, drawing 3-3.
Didcot Town Development won 3-2 at Chinnor, while Thame Rangers triumphed 2-1 at leaders AFC Aldermaston.
