GREG Hackett scored an 89th-minute goal as Didcot Town again produced a stunning late show to beat Bedford Town 4-3.
Andy Ballard’s side have won four
Evo-Stik South League Division 1 Central games in a row – and each of them have seen the winning strike come in the final ten minutes.
Cameron McNeil hooked home to give Didcot a ninth-minute lead last night.
Adam Learoyd made it 2-0 seven
minutes later, but Bedford hit back to level before half-time with goals from Dan Walker and Paul Benson, despite having Mason Watkins-Clark sent off on 34 minutes.
Callum McNish put Didcot back in front on 57 minutes, but again Bedford levelled through Taylor Rhiney.
With the game seemingly destined for a draw, Hackett scored his first goal for the club a minute from time, turning in a cross from McNeill.
