PLAY-OFF pushing Didcot Town will need to avoid complacency when they host struggling Aylesbury tomorrow, according to boss Andy Ballard.

The Railwaymen returned to form in Evo-Stik South League Division 1 Central with a battling 1-0 win over Coleshill Town last weekend.

Aylesbury sit just a place above the relegation zone, but have picked up three successive victories in all competitions.

And Ballard is under no illusions Didcot will have to be on top form this weekend.

He said: “It’s good to get back to winning ways, but we’ll need to ensure there are no slip-ups against Aylesbury.

“They have had three wins in a row with three clean sheets, so we will need to match them in every department to get the points.”

George Reid replaces David Murphy, who is away in Bali for his wedding, while Pablo Haysham returns from injury.

Thame United boss Mark West is calling for more of the same when they travel to AFC Dunstable.

The side ended a four-match winless league run when beating Dunstable Town 5-0 last week.

West, whose side is boosted by the return of Craig Fasanmade on loan from Oxford City, is urging his players to build on the performance.

He said: “It was really pleasing, the boys played really well, and the confidence was back.

“But we can’t be content with one good win, we need to string results and performances together, and we know it will be a tougher game.”

Basement boys North Leigh travel to leaders Bromsgrove Sporting.

Joint boss Craig Dore is hoping the underdog tag will work in his side’s favour in Worcestershire.

He said: “We can go to Bromsgrove with absolutely nothing to lose, because obviously nobody would expect us to get anything from that game.

“In some respects, the pressure is off for this one. So hopefully they will underestimate us and we can get something positive from the game.”

Rory Linford-Pill (foot) is ruled out.

Second-bottom Kidlington entertain play-off chasing Coleshill, bidding to extend their unbeaten run to three

games.

Boss Julian McCalmon is hoping to have Anaclet Odhiambo and Declan Benjamin available.

In Premier Division Central, Banbury United are looking for their first league win in six games when they entertain Needham Market.

Northampton Town loanee Sean Whaler requires an operation on his fractured fibula and dislocated ankle from last week’s draw with Redditch United.

The injury ends his spell with the Puritans, while Charlie Hawtin (ankle) is a doubt.
