OXFORD United boss Karl Robinson is wary two players are walking a disciplinary tightrope today against a feisty Accrington Stanley.

Rob Dickie and Alex Gorrin are both one caution away from triggering a suspension.

It is particularly important that does not happen today, with the U’s already losing Shandon Baptiste and Ben Woodburn to international call-ups for next weekend’s clash with Doncaster Rovers.

But Robinson is conscious today’s game will be very competitive.

“There have been four or five red cards in Accrington’s games and a number of bookings,” said United’s boss.

“It’s always a very intense, honest match when you go there.

“If we get one or two bookings they will be out for Doncaster and we could find ourselves a little bit short in certain areas.”

United could be unchanged, with Dickie shrugging off the back problem which forced him off at half-time against Gillingham last week.

But his replacement, Elliott Moore, has missed training with a similar issue and could be left out of the squad.

Accrington striker Colby Bishop requires a late fitness test on an ankle injury.
