KEITH Coleman and Mick Oliver hit maximums as Cowley Workers A ran out 7-2 winners at Prince of Wales B (TJ’s B).
The visitors raced into a 3-0 lead in the Cowley Workers ODDA Section 1 clash, thanks to Darren Allen, Phil Cook and Coleman (180).
Paul Bustin reduced the arrears, but there was no stopping the Workers.
Oliver (180) and Mike Slatter, plus a 2-1 pairs sealed a comfortable success.
Kidlington FC edged closer to the top of Section 2 with a 6-3 victory at Catherine Wheel.
Michael Ashburner put the home side in front, but Steve Baker, Peter Gough and Rob Smith gave the Football Club a 3-1 lead.
Butch Bowers replied, but Darren Muddimans made it 4-2 at the end of the singles and a 2-1 win in the pairs saw Kidlington come out on top.
Florence Park Community Centre romped to a 7-2 triumph over Blackbird Bar (TJ’s A) in Section 1 of the ladies competition.
The hosts got off to a brilliant start with wins from Sue Simmonds, Lydia Harper, Carol Bowman and Daw Allsopp.
Chris Thompson got the visitors on the board, but Helen Pitson made it 5-1, before a 2-1 pairs win made for an emphatic scoreline.
