Rob Dickie’s four nominations put the centre half in a second XI.
As the only U’s player to start every Sky Bet League One game this season, Josh Ruffels had more chances than anyone to be spotted.
He was selected by three writers, which gets him a spot alongside Dickie.
Marcus Browne – who only joined on loan in January – and Cameron Brannagan earned two apiece, while Alex Gorrin was the final member of the U’s squad to receive a vote.
