Here are the ways you can follow, watch and listen to tonight's first leg at Fratton Park.
WATCH
Tonight's game will be broadcast live on Sky Sports Main Event, as well as its HD channel.
It will also be shown on Sky Sports Football/Football HD.

Supporters without a Sky subscription can buy a Now TV pass, which costs £9.99 for one day or £33.99 for a month.
Since football returned, Sky has offered viewers the option to watch matches with or without artificial crowd noise.
Sky Sports Main Event HD has tended to use the fake sound, so it could be in operation this evening.
