OXFORD United will be in good company when they take to the field tomorrow.

The Sky Bet League One play-off final is their fourth visit to the new Wembley Stadium in just over a decade.

And since May 2010, when they beat York City 3-1 in the Conference play-off in, only an elite group have played finals on the hallowed turf more often.

Looking back: Oxford United's previous visits to Wembley

Out of 97 teams to contest finals over that period, Manchester City lead the way with eight, while Arsenal and Chelsea have contested five showpiece occasions, not including the Community Shield.

The U’s are alongside the likes of Aston Villa and Manchester United with a quartet of games, having also featured in the 2015/16 and 2016/17 EFL Trophy finals against Barnsley and Coventry City respectively.

For opponents Wycombe Wanderers it will be their second visit, five years on from the League Two play-off final, which they lost on a penalty shoot-out to Southend United.
