OXFORD United's squad have been called into training tomorrow morning to dissect their second-half display in the 2-0 home defeat to Sunderland.
Boss Karl Robinson felt it was as bad a 45 minutes as he had seen in his two and a half years at the club.
After a scrappy first half, Luke O'Nien opened the scoring just after half-time.
United's reaction was feeble and after Sunderland wasted several chances they finally grabbed a second goal late on when Lynden Gooch capitalised on some powderpuff challenges.
Robinson said: "Their goal came from two wicked deflections and then it’s a great finish.
"Easty (Simon Eastwood) is still on the move and he can’t do anything about that.
"It’s the reaction from that goal to the second goal I’m absolutely furious about."
He added: "Some of the stuff in that period was atrocious - that’s as bad a performance in the second half as I’ve seen.
"I know what I want to say, but equally I’ve got to be very careful with what I do say for the benefit of the players who are in the club right now.
"We’ll be in tomorrow morning, very early, and we’ll be going through that game."
