CARDIFF City are not planning to recall Gavin Whyte from his Oxford United loan, according to reports.
The winger joined the U’s on a season-long deal last summer, returning to the club for a second spell.
There is understood to be little concern at United that Whyte will be recalled and Wales Online is reporting that the 25-year-old is set to stay at the Kassam Stadium for the rest of the campaign.

The Sky Bet Championship club reportedly cannot guarantee the Northern Ireland international regular football, whereas he has already made 22 appearances for the U’s this season.
Whyte is yet to score but has claimed four assists in his last three matches, taking his total to five for the campaign.
He joined Cardiff from United in summer 2019, but has played just 37 times for the Welsh club and was loaned to Hull City last season.
