Didcot Town succumbed to their second Southern League Division 1 South & West defeat in four days as they went down 3-2 at Uxbridge on Tuesday
After Dave Warner had put the home side ahead, goals from Andy Williams and Michael Bartley gave Didcot the advantage at the interval.
Despite dominating territorially in the second half, Didcot were pegged back by David Lawrence, and then Lee Tunnell bagged a late winner for Uxbridge.
Abingdon United drew 1-1 with Slough Town at Northcourt Road after the Division 1 South & West game got off to an explosive start with both goals in the first three minutes.
Former Oxford City striker Yashwsa Romeo volleyed Slough into a second minute lead.
But Abingdon were level within 30 seconds when Micheas Herbert turned home a free-kick.
Both sides had plenty of chances after that, but were unable to add to the scoreline.
