Banbury 3rd took all ten Bourton Vale 2nd wickets for 15 runs in ten overs as Vale collapsed from 62-0 to 77 all out.

Paul Hill (5-19) and Tim Smith (5-20) were the bowlers responsible for the carnage after opener Mike Walton had hit 48.

Banbury recovered from 0-2 to reach 78-4.

Sanjay Vinjimoor was timed out during Oxford & Bletchingdon Nondescripts 2nd's innings at Shipton 2nd, but his side won nonetheless.

Paul Jennings had hit 46 in Shipton's 140, Graham Franklin taking 5-29, then Andy Haynes (48) saw Nondies to a three-wicket win.

Mark Walker hit 55 and Dave Brooks 39 as Aston Rowant 2nd enjoyed a six-wicket success at home to Stanton St John Willows. Put in to bat, Willows recovered from a slow start to post 148-6, thanks in the main to an unbroken partnership between Peter Davenport (33no) and Dean Holmes (30no).

Thame 2nd bounced back from being 44-6 to reach 167 all out, but still ended up losing by four wickets at Leighton Buzzard 2nd.

Chris Penny (44) led the fightback, while Rameez Dar took 4-66 for Leighton.

Thame made the home side work hard before getting home with four wickets and six overs in hand.

Faisal Khalid (4-38) and Sky Sports presenter Mike Wedderburn (3-11) helped dismiss Oxford 3rd for 104 and secure an 84-run win for Banbury Twenty 2nd. Earlier, Twenty had posted 188 all out after choosing to bat first, Asif Hussain missing out on a half -century by one run. Mohsin Zia took 4-57.
