Mike Cook took 6-17 from 13 impressive overs as Kingston Bagpuize slipped to an embarrassing defeat away to Abingdon Vale in Division 2.

Kingston were bowled out for just 41 in 25 overs in a game played on Warborough's village ground as Vale's Hales Meadow headquarters is still completely under water.

The win was all the more remarkable as Abingdon were forced to play a severely-weakened team because the game clashed with the club's annual Dutch Tour.
