DIDCOT Town scored twice in injury time to snatch a dramatic 3-3 draw away to Kidlington in the Evo-Stik South League West Division yesterday.

The hosts appeared to have sealed victory when Mark Janes headed home from Anaclet Odhiambo’s cross to make it 3-1 in the 85th minute.

But Josh Pin pulled a goal back in the first minute of injury time and then Sam Elkins sensationally equalised with an overhead kick into the top corner.

Earlier, Kidlington had taken a fifth-minute lead through Lance Williams.

Felipe Barcelos equalised for Didcot on the half-hour, before Odhiambo restored Kidlington’s lead before the interval.

But Didcot’s dramatic comeback clinched a share of the spoils.

Both sides threatened in the second half, but neither keeper was tested.

Then, ten minutes from time Bideford’s Stephen Reed tripped Reid in the box and the hosts were awarded a penalty, but Barcelos could not take advantage.
