KIDLINGTON have announced their pre-season schedule.
While many clubs have started training already, boss Ben Sadler wanted to wait until they had a better idea of when next season would start.
He said: “Every club is different, but we felt it was a sensible approach and personally I don’t want to risk burning out the players and potentially over-training them and risking injuries.
“A lot of the players have been training in small groups and organising this themselves, which is great.”
With confidence growing the non-league campaign will begin in September, Kidlington have arranged six friendly matches to get up to speed.
They will begin training next Tuesday.
