MATT Williams is calling on Chinnor to learn from their mistakes ahead of tomorrow’s clash at home to leaders Old Elthamians.

The Thame-based side were knocked off top spot in National League 1 after suffering a second straight defeat last weekend.

With Chinnor sitting fourth after seven games, it has still been a strong start to their debut season in the third tier of English rugby.

And director of rugby Williams is urging his side to keep on improving.

He said: “We played some good rugby in the first half (against Rotherham) and we got undone by their driving lineout.

"The frustrating thing for me is defensively and with ball in hand we were very comfortable.

“What we’re learning at this level is a few individual errors tend to get punished when they didn’t in the league below.”

Centre Orisi Nawaqaliva is in line for his first start of the campaign after dislocating his shoulder at the end of last season.

Williams added: “He’s had a couple of runouts for the Falcons to get his match fitness up.

“Alex Dancer who has been playing really well has rolled his ankle and this is a chance to get Orisi back in to the squad.”

Craig Holland switches to the wing as Kieran Goss returns at full back.

George Davis starts at tight-head, with Ben Thomas returning to the second row and Jack Ramshaw moving to blind-side flanker.

Henley Hawks hope to make it four wins on the bounce in National League 2 South when they welcome Worthing Raiders to Dry Leas.

As a result of their strong form, Luke Allen’s side have climbed to fourth in the table.

Henley make two changes, with Adam Neal and Finn Pietersen handed starts.

Witney are still without a win in South West 1 East and face another tough test when they host second-placed Marlborough.

Prop Dan Wilson returns to the starting XV.

Banbury and Oxford Harlequins meet at Bodicote Park.

Meanwhile, Oxford University take on the Army at Iffley Road tonight (7.15), with captain Dom Waldouck returning to the starting XV.
