Scott, 23, has not yet made a first-team league appearance but impressed for Chinnor's third XV, the Wildboys, in 2019/20 following his degree at Bath Spa University.
And the talented back is hoping to continue his progression over the next 12 months.
He said: “It feels brilliant to have re-signed and I’m really looking forward to the season.
"I’m proud to get to this stage and I can’t wait to get going. It means a lot to play for the club.
"It’s just nice to be able to put the jersey on and play in front of a good crowd.
"There’s always been a lovely vibe at the club, everyone’s fantastic and it’s a nice environment to be around.”
Chinnor's director of rugby, Richard Thorpe, added: “Seb is a fantastic player with the physiology to continue improving and make an ever-greater impact on field.
"He is in a competitive position this season for Chinnor, but I have no doubt he will be working hard alongside his peers during pre-season, and he will play a huge part in our 2020/21 campaign.”
