A 4-2 home win over Donnington wrapped up the crown – but they had to come from behind before sealing a back-to-back success.
Melissa Standbridge gave the visitors a good start by beating Brian Rose 5,720-4,880.
But Ian Gordon (6,290), Pauline Withey (7,960) and Mark Trafford, who beat Dave Tooke 6,860-5,700, reeled off the next three singles.
When the pairs were shared, the celebrations started.
Masons beat Oracle B 4-2, with Dave Rose, Mick Murphy and Martyn Wood victorious in their singles.
Vikings have been crowned Division 1 champions, but the Division 2 title will go down to the wire.
Leaders Gladiators, who are on 41 points, beat Berinsfield 5-1 with Dave Jarman, Bert Lovegrove and Bob Pincombe on song.
The table-toppers visit West Oxford Democrats Club knowing victory will clinch the crown.
Headington Conservative Club, are two points adrift and visit Vikings, hoping Democrats – who they beat 4-2 last week – can do them a big favour.
