OXFORD United's game with Fleetwood Town has been postponed following a pitch inspection this afternoon.

The decision was made 48 hours before kick-off, but with the playing surface frozen and conditions set to remain around freezing until Sunday it was straightforward.

Frost covers have been down for a week, but temperatures last night dropped well below the recommended limit.

The meeting with the Cod Army has been rearranged for Tuesday, April 10.

It is the second fixture in Sky Bet League One to be called off ahead of Saturday, following Rotherham United's trip to Gillingham.
