Smith Sheila Margaret 1927 - 2015 Passed away peacefully on the 9th January 2015 at The John Radcliffe Hospital after a long period of deteriorating health aged 87. Formerly of Woodcote, but resident in Wallingford since 1986. She was Matron at Wallingford Community Hospital since its inception but retired in 1987. Much respected by her colleagues and loved by her family of Sisters, Brothers, Nieces and Nephews. Funeral will be held at Caversham Crematorium on Monday the 9th February 2015 at 1.45pm. Family flowers only please. Donations if desired for either The John Radcliffe Hospital Oxford or Parkinson’s UK may be sent c/o Howard Chadwick Funeral Service 33 Benson Lane, Crowmarsh, Wallingford, Oxfordshire OX10 8ED
