WIBLIN Elsie Passed away peacefully after a short illness on the 4th November 2015 aged 84 years. Much loved mother, grand-mother and great-grandmother. Funeral Service to be held at St Michael & All Angels Church, Abingdon at 11am on Tuesday 24th November.
