Prater Pat Passed away peacefully on the 13th April 2016 aged 89 years. Beloved Sister of Gladys and Betty and Loving Aunt of Patsy and family. She will be greatly missed by all her family. Funeral service to take place at Holy Trinity Church, Charlton on Friday 6th May 2016 at 2:00pm.
