SWAN-TAYLOR Peter Percy Passed away at Southerndown Care Home, Chipping Norton on Tuesday, 20 September 2011, aged 82 years. Much loved Dad of Robert & Pat, Michael & Annie, Jenny & Stuart. Best Grandpa in the World to Oliver, Zoe, Maisy, Charley, Kimberley and Elliot. The funeral service will take place at Holy Trinity Church, Charlton on Friday, 30 September 2011 at 2.30pm. Flowers to Knapp & Sons, 4 Church Street, Wantage, Oxon.
