VISITORS to the Cotswolds will be able to pick up new free leaflets about attractions and landmarks in the area’s market towns.
Cotswolds Tourism and town councils are working together on the project, with Burford the next community to get its own leaflet, following the Gloucestershire towns of Moreton-in-Marsh, Stow-on-the-Wold and Tetbury.
Leaflets for Witney and other towns in West Oxfordshire are expected to follow shortly.
Each leaflet includes a town map and details of local attractions and walks, history, events and festivals, and where to shop and eat. Towns interested in the scheme should email cotswoldstourism@cotswold.gov.uk
