A jury has been sworn in for the trial of a masonry firm accused of corporate manslaughter.
Bristol and Bath-based Cavendish Masonry denies the charge in relation to the death of an employee in 2010.
David Evans died on February 9, 2010, at the Well Barn Estate, in Moulsford, near Wallingford.
No evidence has been heard yet in the Oxford Crown Court trial, which is expected to last between five and seven days.
