THE Abingdon Air & Country Show returns in May with more spectacular flying displays.
The 14th annual show, in aid of the Thames Valley & Chiltern Air Ambulance Trust, will feature aerobatics and a variety of country show entertainments on the ground.
Already confirmed for this year are the stunt women of the Breitling Wingwalkers, who strap themselves to biplanes during aerobatic displays involving loops, rolls and fly upside down.
Organiser Colin Smith said: “The show supports a great cause, and no matter what the weather it will be a great day out.”
This year’s event will be held on Sunday, May 5 at the Abingdon Airfield off Barrow Road in Shippon from 10am to 5.30pm.
Tickets cost between £4 for children and £15 for adults, and there is free car parking.
