A POWER cut has affected parts of southern Oxfordshire this morning.
Three sets of traffic lights out of five near the Milton Interchange were out, with problems thought to stretch into the parish.
The problems on the A4130 both ways at A34 Milton Interchange have caused delays for morning rush hour traffic.
A Southern Electric spokesman said the firm was looking into the problems but not could give further details.
